Bridge Cottage reopened in 2021 in accordance with UK government COVID-19 regulations. We continue to follow government guidelines and industry best practice to ensure we provide accommodation in a way that is safe for our staff and customers. Impeccable hygiene, health and safety is a top priority for us.
We have carried out a thorough risk assessment to understand what risks we might have. Following that assessment and implementing the guidance, we have put in place additional measures to further reduce risk.
These measures include:

Reinforced cleaning processes: with close attention paid to frequently touched objects like door handles and stair banisters.

Reduced items provided in rooms.

Our guests are provided with clear information so that they can check themselves into the house.

Room servicing is carried out between guest stays rather than more frequently.

Hand sanitizer provided at our entrance.

Good ventilation for all of our rooms.
- Guests will be requested not to stay with us, and staff are told not to come into work if they have any symptoms relaed to Covid-19.
